Daily routine

Four steps, every time

01

Wash your hands

Rinse and dry your hands with a lint-free towel before touching your lenses. Oils and lotions can transfer to the lens surface.

02

Rinse with solution

Rinse each lens with multi-purpose disinfecting solution, never tap water. Rub gently to clear debris, then rinse again.

03

Insert carefully

Place the lens on your fingertip, check that it is not inside out, and slide it onto the eye. Settle your gaze before blinking.

04

Store in a clean case

Fill the case with fresh solution, never topping up old liquid. Empty, rinse, and air-dry the case after each use.

Wear safety

Non-negotiable wear rules

Follow your replacement schedule, remove lenses before sleep, and keep them away from tap water. These limits protect your eyes.

Replacement schedule

Replace daily, monthly, or yearly lenses on the date printed for your type. Never stretch a pair past its limit.

No sleeping in lenses

Remove lenses before sleep, including short naps. Eyes need oxygen overnight, and a closed eye traps moisture and debris.

Solution, never water

Use fresh multi-purpose solution for rinsing and storage. Tap water and saliva can carry microbes that the lens cannot safely hold.
